Support for Harm in Therapy

Supporting People Who Have Been Harmed in Therapy

It takes immense courage to speak about the harm experienced in therapy. Thank you for reaching out to me for therapy support. When a therapist causes harm, it creates a profound breach of trust in a relationship that is meant to be fundamentally safe and supportive. This experience can leave you with an overwhelming range of emotions that are difficult to process alone, often leaving people feeling isolated and unable to trust others.

I am here to provide therapy harm assistance as you navigate these complex emotions, regulate your nervous system, and reclaim your autonomy. As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I have personally experienced harm in therapy and have spent the last five years researching therapy-induced harm while actively supporting other survivors.

What happened to you is not okay, and I am deeply sorry you experienced it. I offer both short-term and long-term trauma recovery therapy sessions to support you at your own pace as you work through this experience.
